1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Boom Screens ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Boom Screens is a web-based tool that allows users to design, localize, and export app store screenshots for the Apple App Store and Google Play. Features include AI-powered text localization, device mockups, and direct publish integrations.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Boom Screens offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
- Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
6. Intellectual Property
All content you create using the Service (screenshots, designs, exports) remains yours. You grant Boom Screens a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. The Service itself — including its code, design, trademarks, and AI models — is owned by Boom Screens and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Firebase (Google), App Store Connect, and Google Play. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated translations will be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for reviewing all exported content before publishing to app stores.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boom Screens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
